Burnout Relief

Burnout Relief is counseling for people who are dissatisfied with their life situation, identify areas of their life where they feel burned out, stressed, and unhappy and want to find a more balanced way to live. I will help you to learn skills to be able to think critically about your life and balance your head and heart to make better decisions and be able to see a different path for yourself. One with less stress and burnout whether that has to do with your job, your relationships, your mental health, or all of these things.

Services

  • Spiritual based Counseling

    Spiritual Based Counseling can include discussion of spiritual topics as well as research into spiritual lessons and teachings. This type of therapy can help with all of the types of mental health concerns but will help you to identify and use spiritual based concepts to overcome mental health struggles.

  • Traditional Psychotherapy

    Are you a person who struggles with anxiety, depression, as well as other mental health concerns and stress. learn about how you think and get new perspectives on your current situation and how it may be influencing your mental health so that you can learn how to change your thoughts to create better feelings. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and skills from Dialectical Behavior therapy to help you to learn how to improve your mood. therapy can help with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and anger. Don’t know what you want to work on we can figure it out!

  • Betterhelp Counseling

    You can sign up for me and support me through the better help platform. I can work with you on any issue you want anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, People pleasing, social skills. The sessions are 45 mins long. I will not focus on the same thing in this counseling but it is a great option if you want to work with me and you are struggling with concerns in regards to your mental health and want this to improve!

Hi My name is Katie and I am the creator of Burnout Relief. I received my MSW from Wayne State University in 2004. I have been a therapist for 10+ years working with people who struggle with relationships, low self-esteem patterns and feelings of chronic loneliness, anxiety, and depression and life dissatisfaction. Burnout Relief will help you to create a better life for yourself, improve your mental health and feel strong in your shoes, on this earth, and your life!
